Brian Lamb OBE, is the Director of Communications RNID and Chair of the Special Educational Needs Consortium. He was a member of the Governments Disability Rights Task Force and is currently a member of the Ministerial stakeholders group on Every Child Matters. He is also on the management group of the Early Support programme.
He is also the author of the Good Campaigns Guide for NCVO, which looked at how to increase the quality and evaluation of campaigning.
