Organisation Details

BAPA is the new name for the British Association of Community Doctors in Audiology which has had significant impact spreading over 20 years.

The association is a non-profit making registered charity (1019567). It aims to promote standards in both the training and professional qualifications of Paediatricians working in audio-vestibular medicine and to contribute to the training of other professionals working in related disciplines. The association is a Special Interest Group of the Royal College of Paediatricians and Child Health (RCPCH).

BAPA also aims to promote multidisciplinary working for the benefit of hearing impaired children and their families through maintaining and developing links with other professional bodies with similar interests.
